About:

Narla was surrendered by her owners to a far north pound at the age of 7 years old

She came to BFF in pretty rough shape – she was extremely underweight, full of fleas and worms, and had a lot of hair loss due to excess fleas – she was also little confused about what was going on.

After 4 weeks in care, Narla is now thriving! She has gained over 1kg, her fur is growing back and her coat is shiny and she’s flea and worm free.

She has shown herself to be a bit of a super smooch and loves the attention humans give her.

She can be a little hesitant at first, especially with men, but if you approach her slowly and talking softly she will happily allow pats, and pretty soon she will be purring away pushing her head into your hand for more pats.

Narla has started sleeping on the bed, and loves to be close to you if she’s allowed.

Being an older cat she isn’t super active, but she really really loves climbing and perching up high on the cat tree in her foster homes. She also likes to be with her humans and will follow you round from room to room watching you.

Narla is currently in a multi cat household and is doing OK, but she can get a little over whelmed with lots of cats around her – she would do great in a home with just 1 or two other cats, or even as a solo. She isn’t a huge fan of the boisterous puppy in her foster home, but if puppy leaves her alone she is fine.

Narla has been let down by humans, and is now looking for her forever family where she will never be abandoned again.
