Adoption Profile:

Name: Barry
DOB : 29th April 2024
Gender : male
Breed: American bulldog cross
Adoption Fee: $495
Location: Jimboomba
Snuggle scope: always keen for a cuddle. Will want to be with you on the couch. But also happy to be outside by himself or with the other dogs.
Cat scope: learning about them. Doesn’t chase them unless the cat runs first. Currently in a household with a few cats and doesn’t show interest mostly.
Dog scope: friendly with other dogs. Very good with most of them. Good friend with a staffy puppy. Lives with 4 other dogs at the moment. Used to bigger dogs and also plays well with the smaller dogs
Child scope: very good with younger kids. But sharp puppy teeth can be too much if he starts playing rough

Medical note : Barry sustained an injury to his left shoulder as a 4 week old puppy. He has been to specialist a few months ago for lameness and pain. He is not currently limping or in any discomfort anymore. However he still has mild instability in the left shoulder joint when manipulated. At this point, the specialist believes no further intervention is required but may need intervention in the future if he starts to display any discomfort.
