Raditz – Female DLH
Adoption Profile:
Name: Raditz
DOB: 02/09/2022
Gender: Female
Breed: DLH
Adoption Fee: $170
Location: Caboolture
Snuggle scope: All on her terms, affectionate but busy!
Cat scope: Would do well with another cat that can entertain her busy mind. Takes time to warm up but really loves company.
Dog scope: Untested
Child scope: Good with respectful kids, not a fan of being carried often, but loves to be near and play with children.
About:
Raditz is an energetic, intelligent and nimble cat, with a quiet personality. Raditz does best when the house is not too busy and loud. To be fair, Raditz deals well with other cats, lots of noise, and play, and children! However, when she feels overcrowded, Raditz likes to escape into rooms to be alone. It is important that any new family understands she copes best in a calmer environment, or at least with organised chaos.
Raditz loves to spend one-on-one time with family members, she is extremely playful and smart, and she loves enrichment activities. She likes to be involved in everything that we do. She is obviously wonderful with other cats, but does best with cats who just coexist, she doesn’t really want to play with them, though she will happily sleep with another quiet cat.
If you are looking for a best buddy, someone to brighten your days and keep you on your toes Raditz is the one for you.

Rayna – Female DSH
Adoption Profile:
Name: Rayna
DOB: 01/02/2019
Gender: Female
Breed: DSH
Adoption fee: $170
Location: Alderley
Snuggle Scope: loves a snugg on the couch, will be a foot warmer in winter, fat chin rubs.
Cat Scope: Fine with cats who will leave her alone.
Dog Scope: not recommended.
Child Scope: fine with children who listen to her
MEDICAL NOTE: Rayna is on the large side, and loves her food! loves it so much she doesn’t have much self control, for this reason Rayna is scheduled fed & food is not readily available 24/7, she remains on a perfect weight diet through science hill to ensure her weight is managed and health is not put at risk.
About:
Rayna came to BFF from a hoarding situation with another cat (Remi) who is most likely her daughter from a previous litter. She arrived with 8wk old kittens, and it was pretty clear she’s had litter after litter during her short life.
Rayna is a people person; she won’t get up to greet you, but she will watch you until you come over to her to say ‘Heyyy!’. Rayna has her preferences for places to be touched & give a good warning *wehhh* sound if she isn’t enjoying the touch. She is not overly needy and is happy to be independent as long as you keep her fed.
Rayna is not interested in interacting with other cats or dogs for that matter, but if they respect her wishes then she is more than happy to coexist in a multi cat household as long as they respect her boundaries. She would also happily be the queen of her own personal castle.
She is not an active cat, though she can be convinced to exercise a little for her meals and occasionally likes rolling around batting at toys with her humans.
Rayna’s perfect life would consist of food, a human to love her and respect her clear boundaries, and a comfy spot to sleep the day away.

Regia – Female DSH
Adoption Profile:
Name: REGIA
DOB: 15/11/2023
Gender: Female
Breed: DSH
Adoption Fee: $170
Location: Everton Park
Snuggle scope: Loves to snuggle up on her human’s lap.
Cat scope: Will be fine with calm cats with correct introductions
Dog scope: Untested.
Child scope: Untested. Should be OK with children over 12 – not suited to noisy homes
About:
Do you often just stare into the void? Well what if that void not only stared back at you but enjoyed lap cuddles, chin scritches and smooching around your ankles? Definitely an upgrade on the standard void! Meet Regia. Regia came into care from a regional Qld pound with her siblings, all in terrible condition and terrified. She was skinny, partially shaved after being treated for fleas and she had brown ‘fever coat’, a condition where black cats fur is brown due to malnutrition in Mum at birth. Since arriving with her carer she has blossomed into the most beautiful, sleek, jet black, sweetest little house panther there ever was. Although Regia is quiet aside from her cute little trills, she has always been the most confident of her siblings and even on her first day in care she climbed onto her carer’s lap for cuddles. Despite all that this little lady has been through, she still sought out love from her human and now routinely takes over the lap every morning while her carer has coffee.
Regia has a quirky little tail that sits off to the right, we think from either being broken in her very early life, or maybe like Lady Gaga she was just born this way. It causes her no issues and its still just as expressive as any other kitteh tail. Although she’s still quiet compared to her brother, she still loves to play with toys, participate in chasey and a bit of kitten rough and tumble. She’s always interested in whatever you’re doing and will trot over to you to see if she can supervise/help. She’s proven herself to be a wonderful work from home buddy, warming her carer’s lap and inspecting all the paperwork on the desk. Regia has no issues at all with other cats in her house and with slow and gentle introductions she could be a wonderful baby sister to any loving feline.
If you have room in your home and heart for this little lady she will reward you with unconditional love. Despite having such a rough start to life and being neglected by humans, her carer has shown her we aren’t all bad and there is so much joy to be had being a loved cat with a full belly in a safe and warm household.

Reishi – Female DSH
Adoption Profile:
Name: Reishi (pronounced Ray-Shee)
DOB: 19/05/2020
Gender: Female
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Adoption Fee: $170
Location: Manly West
Snuggle Scope: Enjoys head and body scratches
Cat Scope: Friendly with all cats after careful introduction
Dog Scope: Untested
Child Scope: Untested, better suited for quiet teens and above
About:
Reishi is a stunning girl, her black coat shines a red tinge in the sunlight and she has a little salt spray of odd white hairs all over.
Reishi is certainly a timid girl, she spooks easily so her meets might entail her hiding in her hammock while her carer tells you how great she is once she’s comfortable in her space!
This little lady doesn’t tend to approach for cuddles, but if she sees her cat siblings getting some love she will rush over and strut by slowly for a pat. Once you start patting, she will flop her beautiful self on the floor and roll around purring, loving it up until your arms are sore!
With careful introductions, Rei loves her feline siblings hard, smooches them, plays and cuddles up to them. She will certainly need a cat friend to give her confidence and have her beautiful little self blossom in your home.

About:
Remi came to BFF with from a hoarding situation with another cat (Rayna) who is most likely her mother. She arrived heavily pregnant and gave birth just a few weeks after arriving into care. Her kittens were all adopted quickly, and now it’s time for Remi to find the “happily ever after” that she deserves.
Remi is currently living in a multi cat household and is not bothered by the other cats and the small dog in her foster home.
Remi can be a little shy when she first meets you as, but has really come along in leaps and bounds since she has been in care, and responds much better now to strangers
Once she is comfortable with her human she will have wonderful little chats with you and if you are lucky she will reward you with some licks, which is her love language.
Remi is not fond of being picked up, but will happily come and sit beside you, and will wind herself through your legs as you are walking. Although Remi has discovered the joy of playing, her favourite past-times would be eating and sleeping…She has become a little “chonky” since she has had unlimited access to food, so going forward she would benefit from dedicated meal times rather than grazing.
Remi has had a pretty miserable start to her life, and has been in care for a while now and is ready and waiting for her new family to find her
